- You must provide accurate delivery information. BigDP is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:- Refunds will be issued at our discretion for defective or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations:- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order is processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
7. Intellectual Property- All content, logos, and materials on our app and website are the intellectual property of BigDP. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability- BigDP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
